We develop and implement innovative marketing strategies for product placement based on the ebb and flow of international and domestic marketplaces. We focus on the individual needs of our clients by establishing and maintaining full-lifecycle marketing programs. Programs that develop collaborative relationships with existing brands, retailers and manufacturers, which create ideal working relationships. Through this strategy, we help conceive new, fresh product launches. Our marketing goals include driving and developing product placement strategies, which result in improved efficiency, accelerated growth and profitability.
We help to design and engineer unique and appealing products at all price points by directly working with factories. We drive branding strategies for both international and domestic markets by encompassing diverse tiers of product placement. While working directly with our clients, we aim to produce goods that represent their specific image and target their specific market. We work closely and privately with manufacturers to create new fabrications that meet the diverse needs of our clients.
We make it a priority to inform our clients of their available financial options to import goods in a cost-effective way. We liaise between brands/retailers and manufacturers to accommodate the financial needs of each partner and to negotiate terms between each organization and their financial institutions. We assume the financial risk for payment between the manufacturer and brand/retailer through invoice and payment management systems to ease the burden on our clients; we also clear goods at the preferred port of exit and entry. We work with clients to make this process run as smoothly as possible, from purchase orders to packaging to selection of shipment terms based on final destination for products.
Our goal is to develop each of our clients into industry pioneers. In addition to facilitating product placement initiatives and merchandising strategies, we act as liaisons between manufacturers and brands/retailers, working to develop and market new products; this includes assisting with royalty negations, product development, retailer placement and overall product sales. We also take existing replenishment products and find new manufacturing sources for our clients in order to increase margins and reduce tariff duties. By assisting manufacturers in placing new fabrications with brands and retailers, we focus on devising new methods of sustainability for our clients.
We specialize in fashion apparel and home textile soft goods for all global markets. We believe in the integrated customer experience, ensuring brand advocacy and loyalty from acquisition through long-term retention. Our focus is on the individuality of each client, and identifying the design techniques and best-suited matches for manufacturing partnerships. Based off of cutting-edge fabrications and target-costing price points, we also design new products for brands/retailers with manufacturers that focus on building new, ready-made products for our clients.
We devise long-term goals and strategies for collaborative sales plans between manufacturers and brands/retailers, including the incorporation of new design ideas. Working alongside our clients we develop long-range business objectives that include sales projections, company growth, strategic joint business ventures and marketing programs. We advise on the latest designs and business models to aid in high-impact business expansion and create the most effective methods of communication.
